Fence hinge sizing: matching the hinge to the gate

  • Weigh the gate or estimate from material and dimensions — rating starts at the heaviest leaf.
  • Match hinge material to environment: stainless for coastal and pool areas, galvanized for farm work.
  • Self-closing models: confirm swing, spring strength and local safety rules before ordering.
  • Send us gate type, weight and post material — we send the drawing back with the quote.

  • PE film: the economical standard — UV-stabilized, 2–4 season life, wide range of light transmission.
  • PO film: better strength, clarity and longevity for commercial multi-span houses.
  • Polycarbonate: rigid, long-lived, high insulation — for glass-house-style projects on a budget.
  • Tell us crop, climate and expected service life; we recommend with numbers, not opinions.

Drip kit sizing for a greenhouse bench or field row

  • Measure the wet area, not the greenhouse floor — benches and beds, not aisles.
  • Choose emitter flow from crop and media: 0.5–1 L/h for trays, 2–4 L/h for pots and field rows.
  • Pressure-compensating emitters keep long runs even; add a filter if your water is not clean.
  • Send the layout sketch and water source — we return a full bill of materials with the quote.

Questions buyers ask us every week.

  • Do you sell single pieces or only full containers?

    Both. Samples and small trial orders ship by express; production orders go FCL or LCL. Different product lines combine into one container to earn freight.

  • How do I know the goods will match the photo and sample?

    We send production photos during manufacturing and a pre-shipment inspection report with photos before loading. Anything off-spec is corrected before it ships.

  • Can you put my logo or packaging on the products?

    Yes — private label, custom packaging, barcodes and hang tags are standard. The spec is confirmed in writing before production starts.

  • What happens if a part is wrong when it arrives?

    Tell us within the agreed window with photos. We correct or replace it directly — no long email chains. Response within 24 hours.
